We Celebrated raya haji with makan makan session with family.
I was late so missed on snapping pics of food that was displayed nicely on the table.
Nevertheless, i still managed to snap whats in the kitchen.
So that's our Menu for raya haji. ENJOY!
Lets start off with the Nasi Minyak Raya.
Mom's special Nasi Minyak with Basmathi Rice specially flown from india
Then its the Ketupat Pulut.
We had Ketupat Beras for Aidilfitri so mom said raya Haji we make pulut instead.
Sedap. Very Lemakky
Tofu Raya..
This was actually for the salad. but like i said, i was late so didnt manage to snap the pic of the nicely decorated salad with tofu, egss, lettuce, tomatoes and shrimp splashed with Aminah Hassan's Peanut Sauce.
This is the Kuah Kacang @ Peanut Sauce for the ketupat.

The Tenggiri Fish Curry with Lady Fingers, Brinjals and Tomatoes.
Mom's Fish Curry is the best!
Rendang Paru and Daging.
I like the rendang but I prefer paru goreng
Ayam Masak Merah.
I love the gravy!
Some call it sayur lodeh but we call it sayur masak lemak.
combination of Foo chok, dried mushrooms,long beans, carrots and soohoon.
